Four weeks are now finished in the 2010-2011 school year and God has blessed us.  Our enrollment has settled in at 365 students.  One of the unexpected blessings was a higher than anticipated freshmen enrollment.

We just completed our fall week of prayer with Pastor Seth Yelorda and the talks focused on purpose; what is God's purpose for your life?  He spent the week exploring and developing that concept and the meeting on Friday was a real capstone to the week. I hope to get the Friday talk up on the website for people to be blessed by.

Our bike race last Sunday was great because everyone finished and no one was hurt.  Thanks to all the students that participated and to the faculty for helping with race details.  Congratulations to Patrick and Delaney for winning their respective races.

Our parent use of PowerSchool went up this week went up to an average of 44 parent visits per day. If you do not know how to use PowerSchool or are unsure if you have a password and access set up, you can call CA and speak with either Mrs. Nafie or Ms. Conerly for assistance.

I want to wish everyone a safe and happy Labor Day holiday and we'll see you back here on September 7, 2010.
